Can I provide my own design and shirts?

Absolutely! If you are supplying your own artwork, it must be “print ready” meaning that the file types need to be in a .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, or .jpeg format and must be AT LEAST 300dpi. The higher the quality of the image is, the better it will print onto a shirt. It also needs to be correctly sized to how you want it printed.

 

How long will it take to have a job printed?

Our normal turnaround time is 7 business days once your order is processed and artwork has been approved. We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround in town, so in most cases your order will be ready before then.

 

Are you able to make a design for us?

Yes, we have two professional designers/illustrators on staff that can produce anything from quick one color graphics or logos to highly illustrated artwork to fit any needs you might have.

 

What is a setup fee?

In order to produce screen printed t-shirts, each color in a design must go on its own screen or stencil. The cost per screen is normally $15 per color. And we normally will hold your screens indefinitely so any reorders placed will not be charged another set up fee. We can sometimes wave the setup fees altogether on larger orders depending on the job.

 

Is there a minimum amount of shirts you print?

Our minimum order amount is 12 tshirts, with the same design and printing process on all shirts.
