Can I provide my own design and shirts?
One advantage that embroidery has over screen-printing is that almost any file type or size will work for embroidery and it does not have to be a super high quality image. But as always, the higher quality the image is, the more accurate the digitizing will be, and the better your product will turn out!
What’s your turnaround rate?
You should generally allow up to 7-10 business day for your embroidered product to be completed. If we have the digitized file already on hand then the time it takes to do the job will be cut even shorter. We need to allow at least 24 hours for your design to be digitized first.
Do you have a digitizing fee?
Yes, if the artwork needs to be digitized then our fee starts at $35 for small, simple designs and moves upward from there when the designs get more complex and more colors or stitches are required. However, not all designs require digitizing. Contact us first so we can discuss your options.
